No Machine is the musical incarnation of Al and Emil Rivers. The Athens born twin brothers have been writing and playing music together since the age of 13. Taking journeys through ska, progressive rock and punk, the classically trained musicians have developed their own unique brand of psychedelic pop. Several band names and personnel changes down the line, they have found their ideal line-up and are now ready to bring No Machine to the world. Hold on tight…
Described as an extraordinary talent and able to calm the most disorderly of minds, singer/guitarist Natalie McCool graces The Silver Bullet with her tender yet powerful voice and emotive songs. Winning praise from musical touchstones Mark Radcliffe and Chris Martin, as well as a ‘Make It Break It’ award along the way, this 22 year old is graduating to the peak of her powers. Hotly tipped as a ‘rising star’ by the BBC, Natalie McCool is a must see: go catch her before the rest of the world does.
Classically trained singer/songwriter Jessica Goyder exudes a rare beauty and sincerity when she performs; while most pursue a relentlessly mainstream game plan that involves trying to synthesise every successful lick, voice and style of the last five years, Goyder sounds like she neither knows nor cares what’s hip. She just has to sing and write songs, or else they’ll buzz around inside her until she explodes. Warm and heartfelt, her music is a joy to behold.
LAST ACT TBA.
